Heute gibt es eine richtige Rarität von Magic Road. Ein Bock gebraut mit echten Trüffeln. Schaut bei @browar.magic.road vorbei und scrollt ein wenig runter, da gab’s ein schönen Beitrag wo sie mit den Trüffeln posen. 😁 Danke auch an @browar.magic.road für die Kostprobe 🙏

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein sehr dunkles rot / braun und trüb. Die Schaumkrone ist mittelporig und war 3 Minuten stabil.

👃:
Das Bier riecht erdig, malzig und etwas nach Trüffeln.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist ölig, hat eine leichte Säure und etwa malzig. Im Mittelteil kommt intensiv das Aroma der Trüffel hervor zusammen mit süßen Aromen von Malz und Honig. Der Abgang ist weiterhin nach Trüffeln, etwas erdig, grasig, harzig und bitter, außerdem etwas trocken.

Fazit:
Ein spannendes Bier mit intensiven Trüffel Aromen. Ein food pairing mit zb Pasta wäre bestimmt super, aber da könnte bestimmt @astridmagbier mehr zu sagen. 😅

👁️:
The color of the beer is a very dark red/brown and cloudy. The head of foam is medium-pored and was stable for 3 minutes.

👃:
The beer smells earthy, malty and a bit like truffles.

👄:
The initial taste is oily, has a slight acidity and is somewhat malty. In the middle part, the aroma of truffles comes out intensely together with sweet aromas of malt and honey. The finish is still truffle-like, somewhat earthy, grassy, ​​resinous and bitter, and also somewhat dry.

Conclusion:
An exciting beer with intense truffle aromas. A food pairing with e.g. pasta would certainly be great, but @astridmagbier could certainly say more about that. 😅
