🇩🇪:
Heute gibt’s ein Bierchen aus dem Alehub Überraschungspaket. Ich bin ja eh großer sour beer Fan. Mal schauen was die Franzosen da so bieten können.

👁️:
Das Bier ist dunkelrot, trüb und blickdicht. Die Schaumkrone ist feinporig, rosa und hat etwa 3 Minuten gehalten.

👃:
Das Bier riecht intensiv nach Johannisbeere und hat eine leichte Wein Note.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist sauer und ein wenig cremig. Im Mittelteil des Bieres kommt eine leichte süße gemischt mit leichten Johannisbeeren Noten dazu. Der Abgang ist intensiv nach Johannisbeere und im Mund bleibt eine starke Saure und prickelnde Note zurück.

Fazit:
Ein sehr schönes Sour, mit intensiven Frucht Noten und einer leichten süße. Cheers 🍻

Today we have a beer from the Alehub surprise package. I’m a big sour beer fan anyway. Let’s see what the French can offer.

The beer is dark red, cloudy and opaque. The head of foam is fine-pored, pink and lasted about 3 minutes.

👃:
The beer smells intensely of currants and has a light wine note.

👄:
The initial taste is sour and a little creamy. In the middle part of the beer there is a light sweetness mixed with light currant notes. The finish is intense after currant and in the mouth a strong sour and sparkling note remains.

Conclusion:
A very nice sour, with intense fruit notes and a slight sweetness. Cheers 🍻
