Heute gibt es seit langem mal wieder ein Bier von der tollen Luxemburger Brauerei Totenhopfen. Dieses Mal mit einem alten englischen Bierstil. Diese Brauerei ist eine von vielen bei dem @0711kraftbierfest
Das Fest findet amSamstah den 1 Juli in Stuttgart statt, auf dem Gelände der @ziemlichbestebiere
Ich werde aufjedenfall da sein und ich hoffe ich sehe euch dort auch. 👌

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein stiltypisches braun und trüb. Die Schaumkrone ist größtenteils feinporig und über 5 Minuten stabil.

👃:
Das Bier riecht Malzig, süß, nach Honig und etwas nach Hopfen.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist Fruchtig nach Steinobst mit einer leichten Säure. Im Mittelteil wird es Hopfig mit einer angenehmen Bitterkeit, dazu kommt eine leichte Malznote. Im Abgang werden die Malz Aromen intensiver, dazu kommt eine gewisse süße, angenehme Karamellnoten und eine gewisse süffigkeit.

Fazit:
Ein leckeres Bier und ein guter Vertreter dieses alten Bierstils. 👌 Cheers 🍻

The color of the beer is a style-typical brown and cloudy. The head of foam is mostly fine-pored and stable for over 5 minutes.

👃:
The beer smells malty, sweet, like honey and a bit like hops.

👄:
The initial taste is fruity with stone fruit and a slight acidity. In the middle part it becomes hoppy with a pleasant bitterness, plus a light malt note. In the finish, the malt aromas become more intense, with a certain sweet, pleasant caramel notes and a certain drinkability.

Conclusion:
A tasty beer and a good representative of this old beer style. 👌 Cheers 🍻
